Add the ground chicken, onion, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and seasonings to a large bowl.

Mix to combine with your hands or a spoon.Portion out meatballs into heaping tablespoons. You should get between 14-16 meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.Add in meatballs and cook for ⏱️ 4-5 minutes a side or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
