Mix everything well, form into 2 tablespoon balls, place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400F/200C oven until cooked and lightly golden brown, about ⏱️ 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the onion and cook until tender, about ⏱️ 5-7 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the orzo, broth, and oregano, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the orzo is cooked, about ⏱️ 8-10 minutes.

Mix in the olives, roasted red peppers, lemon juice and zest, dill, mint, parsley, and feta.
