📝 Preparation Steps

Start by skimming the fat off of the turkey drippings. Note if you did not roast a turkey or save drippings simply substitute 2 cups chicken stock.

Add the roasted vegetables from the turkey and place into a blender.

Pulse for ⏱️ 1 minute or until the vegetables are smooth and all of the vegetables have been pureed. If you have a hard time pureeing the vegetables add 1-2 tablespoons of turkey drippings to the blender.

Add the turkey drippings, pureed veggies, thyme and parsley to a medium saucepan and whisk to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook until warmed through and thickened, ⏱️ 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately!
