Ginger, Tahini, Carrot & Miso Soup
This is one of our all-time favourite soup recipes. It's so simple to make and packed full of flavour thanks to the miso, ginger and lime juice. The tahini sounds a little strange but creates a deliciously silky smooth texture. We love to serve this with a side of warm sourdough bread.
