Ginger Pork

Cook the rice as directed on package.

Mix the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sake, mirin and sesame oil in a bowl.

Marinate the pork in the mixture for ⏱️ 20 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Add the pork and the marinade and saute until the pork is cooked and the marinade has reduced to a sauce.

Pour the pork and sauce over rice and garnish with Green onions and sesame seeds.
