Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Peel pears and cut in half. Using melon-ball cutter, remove cores. Arrange pears, cut sides down, on small pizza pan or rimmed baking sheet. Brush pears with some melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and ginger.

Roast pears ⏱️ 15 minutes. Turn pears over; brush with remaining butter and syrup that forms in pan. Bake ⏱️ 10 minutes longer or until pears are glazed and tender. Cool pears slightly.

To serve, place 2 warm pear halves in each of 4 small serving dishes and spoon any remaining syrup in pan over them. Top each with a dollop of frozen yogurt, if desired. Serve immediately.
