Make the crust: Preheat oven to 350°F. Process cookies in a food processor until finely ground, 6 to ⏱️ 8 seconds. Add sugar, salt, and butter and pulse until just combined, 10 to 12 times. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake, until fragrant and slightly puffed on bottom, 10 to ⏱️ 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Make the filling: Whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a bowl. Place butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, stirring every ⏱️ 30 seconds, until melted, ⏱️ 30 seconds to ⏱️ 1 minute. Add chocolate, eggs, milk, and vanilla to sugar mixture and whisk to combine. Pour into crust. Bake until set, 25 to ⏱️ 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack, about ⏱️ 2 hours.

Make the topping: Whisk together egg yolks and condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Add butter and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until thickened and bubbly, 3 to ⏱️ 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, salt, coconut, and pecans. Transfer to a wire rack; cool completely.
