Trim the excess fat from the steak, then cut it into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and toss to thoroughly coat.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt, then turn brown, 3 to ⏱️ 5 minutes. Add the steak and let it cook undisturbed until well browned, 30 to ⏱️ 45 seconds. Using a spatula, flip the pieces over. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 to ⏱️ 45 seconds. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir. The steak should be nicely browned on all sides and still pink in the center.

Transfer the steak bites to a plate, drizzling all the butter and garlic from the pan over the top. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
