Garlic & Chilli Spaghetti
We can't get enough of this recipe, it's the perfect speedy lunch or dinner. The soft spaghetti is stirred in with the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, peas and pine nuts – it's delicious!

Place a pan of boiling water over a medium heat and add a pinch of salt.

Add the spaghetti and peas. And cook the spaghetti per pack instructions.

Keep stirring it around so the spaghetti doesn’t stick together.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan for about ⏱️ 5 minutes until they’re golden brown.

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into bite size pieces, deseed and chop the chilli and crush the garlic.

Once the spaghetti and peas are cooked, drain and rinse them.

In a large frying pan, add the oil, chilli and garlic.

Once this has heated up and mixed together, add in the spinach.

Once this has wilted, add in the spaghetti, peas, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and some salt and pepper.

Mix for about ⏱️ 5 minutes until everything is mixed well and warmed up.
