Combine 1 tablespoon vinaigrette with tuna, fennel, apple, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fennel seeds, coriander, zest, and salt. Toss well. Line each roll with a lettuce leaf. Spoon 1/2 cup tuna salad onto each sandwich. Serve immediately.
