These simple ice lollies are the perfect treat for a hot sunny day. They're deliciously fruity and ideal for little ones too. We like to use water to make them really refreshing or swap it in for almond milk for something really creamy.

Place the banana, 130g (4.5oz) of the berries and the coconut milk (or water) into a powerful blender and pulse until a smooth liquid forms - the longer you blend it for, the less bits you will have in the mixture.

Once smooth, add the rest of the berries and mix through.

Divide the mixture between six ice lolly moulds, ensuring all have some whole berries.
