Frozen Mango & Berry Bowl
The texture of this should be like thick, soft-serve ice cream. It’s sweet, creamy, melt-in-the-mouth good and so easy to make. The key is using a strong blender and adding the milk slowly so that you don’t turn it into a smoothie – you want to be able to eat this with a spoon and top it with granola and nut butter.

Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender with a splash of almond milk.

Blend the mixture, adding more almond milk if needed – I add it very slowly so that I get the perfect consistency in the end. The amount you need depends on the strength of your blender and how frozen the fruit is, if it’s thawed a little then it’ll blend more easily and you’ll need a little less liquid.

Pour into a bowl and top with whatever toppings you like best - I love to top mine with granola, a drizzle of almond butter and some blueberries.
