Preheat oven to 325°F. Generously grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan. Whisk together all-purpose flour, corn flour, and salt in a bowl.

Beat granulated sugar and butter with an electric mixer on medium speed, scraping the bowl as needed, until light and fluffy, 2 to ⏱️ 4 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating until combined after each addition. Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually beat in flour mixture just until combined. Stir in corn. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, ⏱️ 1 hour ⏱️ 15 minutes to ⏱️ 1 hour ⏱️ 20 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack ⏱️ 15 minutes. Loosen edges and center of cake with a knife, then invert cake onto the rack; cool completely, about ⏱️ 2 hours. Dust with confectioners’ sugar just before serving.
