Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add half the baguette slices and toast until golden and crisp, about β±οΈ 4 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and baguette slices. Allow to cool.
