Place beans in a microwave safe bowl with 2 tablespoon water. Cover with a wet paper towel, microwave for ⏱️ 1 minute ⏱️ 30 seconds.

Place all hummus ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor (or blender) and process for ⏱️ 1 minute. Scrape down sides and process for 1 more minute, or until smooth. If it’s too thick, add water a teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. It will thicken as it stands, so make it a bit on the looser side. It should slowly flow off a spoon.

Test for seasoning, add salt as needed. Chill for ⏱️ 30 minutes, garnish with everything bagel seasoning. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
