Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F; then spray cooking spray on the sheet pan.

Cut each of the perforated crescent rolls into four triangles; forming 32 pieces.

Wrap one cocktail frank into a piece of the dough starting from the widest part; then place on the sheet pan. Continue for all until all franks and dough have been used.

Spray the tops of the bundled hot dogs with cooking spray; then sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning on top of each one.
