Brush the pitas with olive oil and sprinkle on the everything bagel seasoning before baking in a preheated 400F/200C oven until lightly golden brown and crispy, about ⏱️ 5-10 minutes.

Puree the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor adding olive oil or water, if necessary, to bring it to the consistency that you like and season salt to taste.
