In a small pot over medium heat, add coconut milk, sugar, salt and 1 cup of the chopped fruit. Bring to a simmer and add the oatmeal. Reduce the heat to medium low and stir often, cooking the oatmeal for about ⏱️ 10 minutes until oats are tender and liquid has cooked down.

Transfer oats to a bowl and garnish with extra fresh chopped fruit and any other toppings.
