Line a 9x13 inch pan with aluminum foil and lightly sprinkle with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large pot over medium heat combine eggnog and sugar. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Once it comes to a boil, stir constantly for ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add white chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, and butter. Stir until completely melted and incorporated.
