Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.In a large bowl combine bread, eggs, eggnog, cinnamon and vanilla. Toss to fully coat the bread in the custard.

Transfer to the prepared pan then prepare the streusel.

Make streusel: In a medium bowl combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. The mixture so resemble wet sand.

Sprinkle the streusel on top of the casserole. Bake: for ⏱️ 30-35 minutes or until the casserole looks set, no longer jiggly and golden brown on top.

Allow it to cool for ⏱️ 15 minutes then slice, serve and enjoy with maple syrup!
