Brush a thin layer of corn syrup on top of the cookie.
Corn syrup (Or white frosting)2 tbsp

Roll out white fondant.

Place the cookie, sticky side down, on the fondant.

Use a sharp knife to cut excess fondant along the sides.

Flip over the cookie and let it sit at room temperature for about ⏱️ 20 minutes to dry the fondant slightly.

Use red or pink edible markers to decorate the cookie so that it looks like an envelope.
