Wrap tofu in a kitchen towel and place a heavy pan on top to press it. This will remove some of the water. Let this press for ~⏱️ 1 hour. Could also use a tofu press!

Using a cheese grater shred the tofu so it resembles ground beef.

Heat your oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add your grated tofu to the pan and toss it so that the oil evenly coats the tofu. Sauté this for ~⏱️ 2 minutes.

Now add the Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and the spices. Toss this to evenly coat it and cook for ~⏱️ 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
