In a large mixing bowl, add oil, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, orange extract, orange gel coloring and mix until fluffy.

Add cake mix and mix until just combined.

Chill dough for ⏱️ 20-30 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Scoop out small portions of the dough and make little balls.

Roll balls in sugar.

Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees F for ⏱️ 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
