Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Wilt the spinach

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 1–⏱️ 2 minutes, just until wilted.

Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg (if using). Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and smooth.

Stir in cream and artichokes

Pour in the heavy cream and add the chopped artichoke hearts. Stir until well combined.

Mix in half of the mozzarella cheese until evenly incorporated.
