In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar until combined.

Add eggs, butter, milk, vanilla extract, lemon extract, lemon zest and mix until just combined. Don't over-mix! There will be some lumps.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Spray waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour batter in waffle iron. The amount of batter should be determined, based on your waffle iron instructions.
