In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of milk and 8 large eggs until smooth. Stir in the chopped green onions, onion powder, and salt.

Spread half of the diced turkey bacon on the bottom of the baking dish. Top with all of the diced English muffins, then sprinkle the remaining turkey bacon over the top.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers, gently pressing down on the muffins to ensure they are soaked.

Cover the dish tightly and refrigerate for at least ⏱️ 8 hours, or overnight.

When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Let the casserole sit at room temperature while the oven heats.

Uncover the dish and sprinkle the top evenly with ground paprika.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for ⏱️ 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional ⏱️ 15 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

While the casserole bakes, prepare the hollandaise sauce. In a small saucepan, whisk together 1 cup of milk, the hollandaise sauce mix, and 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat. Whisk constantly until the sauce simmers and thickens, about ⏱️ 1 minute.
