Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Spray a 10x15 inch baking pan, line with parchment paper, and spray the parchment.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for ⏱️ 17-18 minutes, or until the cake springs back when touched.

While the cake bakes, lay out a thin kitchen towel and sprinkle it generously with 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar. Immediately invert the hot cake onto the towel. Carefully peel off the parchment paper. Starting from a narrow end, roll the warm cake up with the towel inside.

To make the filling, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp vanilla, beating until creamy.

Gently unroll the cooled cake. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the surface, then tightly reroll the cake without the towel. Cover and chill for at least ⏱️ 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
