In a large fry pan, heat 2 tablespoons Olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken in the hot oil until it develops a golden-brown crust on both sides. This takes approximately ⏱️ 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

In a Staub Dutch Oven, add 2 more tablespoons of Olive Oil, and when hot add the onion and sauté until it becomes translucent and slightly caramelized.
