Easy Cereal Cookies (With Cake Mix)

📝 Preparation Steps

In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, oil, vanilla extract, almond extract and mix until fluffy.

Add cake mix and mix until just combined.

Chill dough for ⏱️ 20-30 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Scoop out small portions of the dough and form small balls.

Roll balls in a bowl of roughly chopped Fruit Loops cereal until coated. You will have to use your fingers to really press them onto the dough balls.

Place balls on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about ⏱️ 10 minutes or until edges are firm but center is slightly soft.

Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool in the tray and then, enjoy.
