This Easter dirt cake recipe is an easy no-bake dessert made from creamy whipped filling layered with crushed Oreo dirt, topped with chocolate bunnies and chocolate eggs.

Make the base

: Crush 2/3 of the cookies, (filling and all), *see note. Place the crumbs into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Set aside.

Make the Filling

: In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix the cream cheese and butter on medium speed until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, mixing for an additional minute until combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Fold in the whipped topping and set aside.

In a large bowl, vigorously whisk together the dry pudding mix and milk for ⏱️ 1-2 minutes until thickened. Gently stir the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.

Spread the mixture on top of the crushed cookie base.

Crush the remaining cookies and spread evenly over the top. Cover and chill for ⏱️ 3 hours, or overnight.

When the dirt cake is completely chilled, decorate as desired.
