Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients except the ground beef.

Add the ground beef to the mixture and gently mix until just combined—avoid overmixing for the best texture.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and carefully place it in the bottom of your Dutch oven. (Refer to the tips below). Bake the meatloaf uncovered for ⏱️ 40 minutes.

While the meatloaf is baking, combine the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl.

Remove the Dutch oven from the oven, brush the glaze evenly over the top, and return it to the oven. Continue baking for an additional 20–⏱️ 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
