Create three separate bowls for flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip it in beaten eggs, and coat it in breadcrumbs. Repeat for all pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until it is golden brown on both sides; approximately ⏱️ 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and drain on a plate lined with paper towels; set it aside.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Add the prepared vodka sauce to a small saucepan and simmer until warm; then ladle 1 cup of the sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 oven safe baking dish; coating the bottom.

Lay the chicken down in the dish, trying not to overlap them on top of each other. Top each piece with the remaining sauce; then add the sliced Mozzarella cheese on top of each piece.

Place the dish in the oven and cook for ⏱️ 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is hot and bubbly.
