Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and pudding mix.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.

Add the pre-made cake mix into the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.

With the mixer on low add in the oil, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Mix for ⏱️ 30 seconds.

Turn the mixer up to medium speed and mix for ⏱️ 1 minute, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.

Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and bake for ⏱️ 25-30 minutes, or until the center of the cake is set.
