Dijon Vinaigrette
This all-purpose Dijon Vinaigrette recipe is delicious on green salads, pasta salads, and sandwiches alike. It's a standard red wine vinaigrette with the dial turned up on the Dijon, so it's packed with punchy mustard flavor.

In a small bowl or in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste (I like 1 teaspoon salt and ΒΌ teaspoon pepper). Whisk or shake to combine.
