Date Nut Bread is one of my favorite quick breads to make during the holidays. Top it with a little cream cheese and breakfast is served!

π Preparation Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add the dates, baking soda and boiling water to a large mixing bowl; then allow to sit for β±οΈ 5 minutes.

Next, add the eggs, vanilla, and oil; then mix well. Finally, add the remaining dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.

Spray two loaf pans (approximately 9"x5") with cooking spray; then divide the batter into the two pans. Place the loaves into the oven for β±οΈ 40-45 minutes or until the top springs back when touched.
