Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and curry powder in a bowl.

Mix the bananas, butter, sugars, egg and lime juice in another bowl.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet.

Mix in the pineapple and coconut.

Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven until a tooth pick pushed into the center comes out clean, about ⏱️ 60 minutes.
