Croissant French Toast Casserole
This Croissant French Toast Casserole is perfectly decadent with crisp croissants, berries, a delicious custard center, and topped with fresh berries. Since it's lightly sweet, it's perfect served with maple syrup for holiday breakfasts, baby shower brunches, and potlucks. This is such a crowd-pleasing breakfast or brunch, and I love that I can assemble it the night before and bake it the next morning to save time.
