In a 6-quart slow-cooker, stir together the chicken, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese. Cover and cook on low for 2 to ⏱️ 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
