Mix the flour, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a wide bowl.

Mix the eggs and hot sauce in a wide bowl.

Mix the corn flake crumbs in a wide bowl.

Lightly dust the chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, shaking off any excess.

Press the chicken into the crumb mixture to coat on all sides and shake off any excess.

Place the chicken on a wire rack on a baking pan an optionally sprayed lightly with oil

Bake in a preheated 425F/220C until golden brown and cooked (165F), about ⏱️ 20-30 minutes.

Sprinkle on the feta and bake until the feta starts to lightly brown on top, about ⏱️ 5 minutes.
