Crispy Buffalo Style Salmon Sliders
This is probably the perfect Monday night meal. Seriously one of the easiest things I have ever done.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.

In a small bowl whisk the hot sauce, butter and seasoned salt together.

Cut the salmon into squares pieces that fit the size of your buns, then generously brush with the buffalo sauce. Grill, brushing occasionally with the sauce (leave some for serving/drizzling), until marked and just cooked through, about ⏱️ 3 minutes per side.

Toast you buns and place a leaf or 2 of lettuce down and then a piece of salmon. Top with blue cheese crumbles and 2 slices of avocado. Drizzle on some extra buffalo sauce. Eat!
