In a large bowl, mix the celeriac, cabbage, carrot, apple, lemon zest and juice with a generous pinch of flaky sea salt. Toss together and set aside for a few minutes to soften.

Add the dukkah and oil, then transfer to a serving dish. Scatter over another spoonful of dukkah before serving.
