Pat chicken breasts dry. Mix salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over chicken. Place seasoned chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.

In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning packet, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.

Pour the cream mixture over the chicken in the crockpot. Sprinkle chopped sun dried tomatoes over the top.

Cover and cook on low for 3 to ⏱️ 4 hours, or until chicken is tender.

About ⏱️ 30 minutes before serving, stir in the grated parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for the remaining ⏱️ 30 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
