Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add the sausage and cook, breaking it apart as it cooks, for ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Add the onion, carrot, and celery and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender, about ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Add the garlic and tomato paste, mix and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the broth, beans, potatoes, and italian seasoning, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about ⏱️ 15-20 minutes.

Add the cream and parmesan, mix and let the cheese melt into the broth.
