Start cooking the pasta as directed, reserving some of the cooking water.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken and cook, about ⏱️ 8-10 minutes.

Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5-8, minutes.

Add the garlic and tomato paste, mix and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the peri peri sauce and cream, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat, add the parmesan, mix and let the cheese melt into the sauce.

Add the spinach, mix and let the spinach wilt.

Mix in tha pasta along with enough of the reserved cooking water to get the sauce to the desired consistency.

Mix in the lemon juice and parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
