Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1½ tablespoons salted butter and allow to melt, stirring to coat the pan.

Sprinkle 4-5 boneless pork chops with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.

Toss 3 cloves minced garlic in the pan and allow it to caramelize for ⏱️ 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour and 1½ cups heavy cream and stir quickly to combine. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer for ⏱️ 2 minutes.
