Season 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, dip chicken ½ cup flour until fully coated.

Heat a large pan to medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add chicken breasts and cook ⏱️ 3-5 minutes per side or until golden. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add 3 cloves minced garlic into the same pan and cook for ⏱️ 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add 1 cup chicken broth and simmer for ⏱️ 1 minute, scrapping down the sides of the pan. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream and let it cook for ⏱️ 2-3 minute or it starts to thicken.
