Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly coat an 11 by 7 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the thawed and dried green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and heavy cream.

Stir in 1/2 cup of the crispy fried onions and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
