Combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla bean and scrapings, ground cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and salt in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and let steep at least ⏱️ 30 minutes and up to 2 days. (Chill if steeping for longer than ⏱️ 30 minutes.)
