In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 2 ripe avocados and ½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt. Mash until it is combined and to the desired consistency. Add in 1 clove garlic, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, ¼ teaspoon ground cumin, and juice of one lime. Mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
