Make the cake: Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 12-to-15-cup Bundt pan.

Beat together butter, cream cheese, and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, 8 to ⏱️ 10 minutes. Reduce speed to medium-low and beat in eggs, one at a time, beating until incorporated after each addition. Slowly beat in flour, scraping the bowl as necessary. Beat in vanilla and salt. Transfer to prepared pan.

Bake until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean, 80 to ⏱️ 90 minutes. Cool in pan ⏱️ 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Make the glaze: Whisk cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, ⏱️ 1 minute. Whisk in confectioners’ sugar and 4 tablespoons lemon juice (add an additional tablespoon lemon juice if needed to make spoonable); spoon over cake.
